M-banking, the service offered by Stopanska Banka, is part of the i-bank platform, which represents a package of self-service banking solutions.

The m-banking service is accessed using the i-bank user credentials, namely the same username and password used to log in to the e-banking service of Stopanska Banka.

If you are not yet a user of Stopanska Banka's i-bank service, you can request a free user access at any branch of the Bank and instantly gain access. Additionally, you can obtain access solely for viewing bank accounts and products or get a free OTP token for easy payments for banking services through a computer (e-banking) or a smartphone and tablet (m-banking).

The application is free to use and open to all.

The m-banking application from Stopanska Banka offers the following services:

<ul>
<li>Access to your accounts, balances, and available funds at any time (overview of balance, transaction history, card transaction structure, insight into executed orders, advanced search for orders and statements, etc.)</li>
<li>Creating a PIN code for quicker logins without compromising the security of your financial information</li>
<li>Using ready-made templates for quick payments to personal accounts, loan payments, credit card payments, and other transactions</li>
<li>Using predefined templates for quick payments of utility bills (water and utilities, electricity, heating, telecommunications, cable operators, broadcasting fee)</li>
<li>Executing payment orders using standard PP30 and PP50 forms, with the option to select from personal accounts (My accounts)</li>
<li>Executing currency transactions and conversions between your accounts</li>
<li>Access to information about personal banking products, credit and debit cards, loans, deposits, amortization plans, credit payment lists, etc.</li>
<li>Direct "on-line" application for bank's credit and debit products 24/7 (for loans and credit and debit cards)</li>
<li>Calculators for calculating bank's credit and deposit products</li>
<li>Exchange rate list with an advanced view, currency calculator, exchange rate selection, and trend display of currency movements for periods of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months back</li>
<li>Locating bank ATMs and branches with the option to create a route plan, view branch working hours and contact information, locating popular interest-free rate internet sales points</li>
<li>Direct call to the Bank's 24/7 Contact Center or connection with SB via FB, TW and other social media platforms as well as following web news from Stopanska Banka</li>
<li>Notification box for receiving user push notifications and web announcements</li>
<li>Pchelka - a mobile bee character for the youngest with access to Boenka and an educational game "Pchelka"</li>
</ul>
